Last
week I was blessed to see our community come together during Virginia Yoga Week to practice yoga, to chant, to play, to dance the yogi's dance...I thank all who helped make this happen, studios, teachers, friends and, of course, the folks on the mats. Plans are underway for Virginia Yoga Week 2011!
Namaste,
